The intervention has obviously also taken into account the recovery of rainwater, which is channeled into a cistern used for sanitary appliances and irrigation.
The recovery of the Masseria followed very specific principles that somehow enhanced the peculiarities of the area, both from an environmental point of view and from a craft skills point of view.
